CHAD2 score for warfarin use in AF.

C= Congestive Cardiac Failure(1 pt)
H= hypertension(1 pt)
A= age (>75) (1 pt)
D= diabetes(1 pt)
2= stroke(2 pt)

1 pt = use warfarin or aspirin
greater than 1 pt = warfarin
